Starlight Energy Limited is a Orissa Based Company with interests in power sector. The company shall venture its first Biomass Power Project in the state of Orissa in the near future. It has been allowed to set up a 15 MW Biomass Power Plant in the District of Nuapada by Govt. of Orissa through its’ Nodal Agency Orissa
Renewable Energy Development Agency. The proposed Power Plant shall use
multi-fuel viz, husk of various agro products, straw of the same & generate power.
The Power Plant shall be eco-friendly & very low polluting unit. The CO2 emission
shall also be very low. The water requirement shall be minimal as air cooled
condensers shall be installed resulting in saving of water to a large extent.
The Proposed Plant shall, therefore, shall be an environmental friendly
Power Generation Utility.
